Believer
in peoples power. Most challenges we face today are as a result of
exclusion of people from mainstream politics and economics. Empower
people since you cant sustain exploiting their ignorance. There is no
alternative to good governance.
You can if you believe you can. If anyone can, you can. Better still if no one can and you believe you can, you can. I was born in a little village in Kenya and the villager in me still remains despite more than 10 years of overseas mission as a community development economist. I am a dreamer and I have been described as unrealistic and sometimes naive. While I understand and appreciate those who think this way, I leave this judgment to rational minds. The world needs those who believe everything is possible as well as those who believe otherwise. I believe the world will see a new Kenya after 2012. Kenya is a great and well resourced country and one that will be in the forefront of attaining developed country status in Africa. I have studied business and economics and I am currently a student of sociology and political science, quite some crazy combination one might say.
